Areas of Assistance

Individual TherapyIndividual Therapy

I offer short- and long-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children and adolescents. My work is informed by each young person’s developmental stage and individual needs and involves play, drawing and talking. I work with difficulties including anxiety, low mood, trauma, attachment difficulties, behavioural changes, school-related struggles and the impact of family transitions or loss.

Work With ParentsWork With Parents

I offer sessions for parents and carers to think together about their child’s emotional world and development. This work helps parents understand what may be happening beneath the surface of their child’s behaviour, and to reflect on how their own history and parenting style shape the family’s emotional life. Parent work can run alongside their child’s therapy or as a standalone consultation.

Consultation With ProfessionalsConsultation With Professionals

I offer consultation for educators, social workers, and other professionals working with children and young people. These sessions provide a reflective space to think about a particular child or situation, drawing on psychoanalytic thinking to make sense of complex presentations and support more effective professional practice.
